By creating a QR Code with the help of the API command create-qr-code, you consent to be bound by the following terms:

  1. Private usage: for free.
  2. Public-law institutions and nonprofit organizations: for free.
  3. Commercial usage comes with costs, contact us to register for accounting. For commercial usage, we charge 35,70€ incl. 19% VAT per delivered QR Code. Copying of a delivered QR Code is fully paid-up with this license fee. If the license holder is a general merchant, the court of jurisdiction regarding all disputes is Karlsruhe, Germany.
